Mixing Systems/Blenders

Blenders are designed based on the material and the finish product desired. Kase has done testing of various materials in the continuous blending process. The test unit pictured is operating with finely ground bauxite. The mixing is accomplished with a specifically designed set of the paddle arrangement. The above unit has spray bar for add liquids. Kase has furnished blenders in stainless steel construction for the blending of coal dust for the power plant and other industries.
