The KASE Minor-B Flat Filler was designed from the larger Generation II B-Line Filler. This machine will fill flats or plug trays evenly, quietly and precisely with a controlled amount of soil being fed to the flats from the soil supply hopper. It was designed to maximize the production for the amount of equipment cost and designed to do the very best job in filling based on our many years of experience with equipment.

Like its big brother, the Minor B Filler has a uni-body design, incorporating a formed steel base, an inclined soil drag conveyor, and a welded steel hopper body with a capacity of 3/4-Cubic Yards. The basic unit’s low, small hopper allows you to fill your machine with potting media in various ways.

An adjustable slide gate controls the amount of soil conveyed by the drag chain. Soil is dispensed evenly from the elevated end of the drag chain to the container below, with a set of gates that can be adjusted to match the width of your containers. This even flow provides even compaction into the container. Rails on the pot track belt can be adjusted with ease, so changing the size of containers is a breeze with this machine. The Minor B is small in size and ideal for smaller capacity production lines.
